The Department of B.Com Finance was started in the academic year 2021-2022. Department comprises of 4 Faculties including Head of the Department. B. Com finance is one among the four Commerce Courses which includes B. Com BIS, B. Com Taxation and M. Com Finance.
The inputs received through industry interaction are made use of in the teaching learning processes and the students of the department have excellent career opportunities as a result of the same. Mainly, the department aims to develop students’ analytical, problem-solving, decision-making and interaction skills through theoretical and practical knowledge.
Association of the department is named as ‘INFINITE’ and all departmental activities are conducted under the banner of the association. Representatives and Association committee are revised every year and conducts various activities, outreach programmes, fest, celebrations etc with the active involvement of the entire department. The Students are provided with industry relevant add-on courses and various certification programs during the course of graduation.
Department is committed and dedicated to provide quality educational opportunities that empower students to compete with the challenges in the world and contribute for social well-being and national development. Being Consistent University toppers, Pass out students getting placed in reputed institutions and pursuing higher studies in other well established institutions are remarked as major achievements of the department. The journey of the department is with the students to build them a better future by providing solid foundation in subject knowledge as well as interpersonal skills.
